Ecosystem Conformance
Beyond “is the site up?”: a 4-ring validation ladder over the published @vorionsys surface, each fed by a real probe. A green ring is a tripwire, not a guarantee — ring 4 names exactly what it cannot yet prove.
A stranger can npm install, load, and (for servers) handshake the published packages — from the public registry, no monorepo help.
Published exports honor documented invariants and agree across packages (versions, trust domain, factor/tier counts, schema round-trips).
Registry signatures verified; SLSA build provenance present per version. (Reproducible-build source==artifact is the deeper, not-yet-built step.)
Surfaces answer a live handshake; signed heartbeats, egress enforcement, and TEE attestation are NOT live — ATTESTED_BOX is not claimable.

Honest scope: rings 1–3 are black-box checks of published artifacts (install/load/boot, contract invariants, signed provenance). Ring 4 reports the runtime posture and its hard gap — without a real TEE quote verifier, signed heartbeats, and enforced egress, the honest observability ceiling is WHITE_BOX and ATTESTED_BOX / VERIFIED_BOX are not claimable. Probe sources live under ecosystem-probe/; sample data is always real probe output.
Service Health
Live status for the Vorion site, AgentAnchor, Cognigate, BASIS, and the Trust/Logic/Verify portals. Direct health checks re-run about every 60 seconds.
Response Times
Latency is measured on each check by a direct HTTP request to every public surface — no intermediate pipeline.

Direct HTTP health checks run against all ecosystem domains about every 60 seconds. Status updates automatically with no manual intervention.
Auto-Refresh
Status is regenerated server-side about every 60 seconds — reload the page to see the latest. All data comes from real, direct infrastructure checks.
